Will Classical ChordBuddy Work On My Guitar?
- Measure across the neck at the nut — if the width is more than 1 7/8″, you have a classical guitar.
- If your headstock has holes or slots cut into it (not one solid piece of wood), it is a classical guitar.
- Classical guitars normally have a mixture of nylon and steel strings — 3 steel and 3 nylon.
- This product will NOT work on standard steel string guitars that have 6 steel strings.
- Only available for right-handed players. No left-handed classical version is available.
- Will not work on half-sized guitars or any guitar with a neck width less than 1 1/2″.
- From nut to 3rd fret should be approximately 4″ for proper fit.
- Only works on 6-string guitars.
